BENTONITE CLAY
Most clays by their nature have a very large
surface area due their small particle size: a teaspoon of clay has the surface
area of a tennis court! We offer a fine white powdered bentonite suitable for
both internal and external use. It is of particular value in combining with
Psyllium husk powder and juices during structured fasting based on the Jensen
model.
Suggested dosage: Internally, mix 1 teaspoon in 5ozs. of preferably de-ionised
water, allow to stand overnight, then take up to 5x15ml tablespoons of the resulting
liquid. Discard the sediment. Use only wooden, glass or plastic spoons, not
metal.
Externally, dust onto affected areas.

A soothing aqueous cream of Stellaria media
in an almond oil base, useful as a lubricant.
Available in 100 and 500g pots.
